Indira AM Kamal, Accounts Manager

indiraIndira began working for IPM Public Relations in August 1993. After two years she was promoted to Administrative Assistant and went into training in public relations.  She was promoted to Account Executive in October 1996 handling events coordination for various clients. She was installed as an Accounts Manager in 2000.
Indira is responsible for the following accounts:





  • PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk corporate and a number of brands.
  • Adhoc client such as : Yayasan Unilever Indonesia, Rolex, Irkut Corporation, Pizza Hut, Boerhinger Ingelheim, PA Asia, PT Samsung Indonesia, Phantom of The Opera, Cegelec/PT Indokomas Buana Perkasa and PT Beraksi Komunikasi for "1st Indonesian Hot Air Balloon Adventure" program, The Climate Project Indonesia (TCPI) for The Climate Project Asia Pacific Summit-January 2011, United Nation World Food Programme (UN WFP) and PT Panasonic Gobel Indonesia.
  • Adhoc program : Green Festival, annual environmental program (since 2009) that initiated by Green Initiative Forum (GIF) a partnership of six companies which care about the environment, particularly about Global Warming, consisting of  PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk., PT Pertamina (Persero), PT Tirta Investama (Danone AQUA), Kompas, FeMale Radio, and Metro TV.




Astrid Wenas, Accounts Manager

 

astridAstrid has spent more than thirteen years working in the public relations industry.  Promoted as an Accounts Manager, her current position, Astrid is in charge of managing several long-term clients such as Rolex; Goldman & Sachs and Agritrade International.  

Previous ad-hoc clients included : Marie France Bodyline, PT Teletama Artha Mandiri (TAM), Merck, Cindora, Venera, World Food Programmes (WFP), Rinso, DW-TV, Castrol. Previous long-term clients: Cascadiant, MasterCard Worldwide, Las Vegas Sands Corp. property in Macau, ACE Insurance and various IT-company clients namely Oracle, PT Sigma Cipta Caraka including BaliCamp, PC Tools, Gemalto, Ruckus Wireless, Megaxus Infotech, Adobe, EMC Corporation, Logica, and D-Link International Pte Ltd Singapore.

She handled the crisis communications for Mattel Southeast Asia Pte Ltd during the crisis period in 2007 and supported communication environmental programs of the Ministry for the Environment.   She handled PR activities of PT Sriboga Raturaya, second largest wheat flour factory in Indonesia, a GE (General Electric) project and established good relationships with the media in Solo, Yogyakarta and Semarang.   Astrid also has experience in handling the Regional Economic Development (RED) program, a joint force between the Indonesian government’s National Development Planning Agency (BAPPENAS) and German government, represented by GTZ, aimed at improving the competitiveness of Subosukawonosraten (Sukoharjo Boyolali, Surakarta, Karanganyar, Wonogiri, Sragen and Klaten) regions in Central Java.



Bambang Djatmiko,  Media Analyst and Finance Manager

mikoMiko graduated from the prestigious STEKPI or Economic, Financial and Banking Institute in 1997 and joined IPM also in 1997, as finance officer, managing the financial resources of the company.  Currently, Miko has two positions in IPM Public Relations, that of Finance Manager and Media Analyst.  

As Media Analyst, Miko analyses all print media reports during the month, uses the PREFEX (PR Effectiveness Index) formula, an instrument designed by IPM Public Relations, which measures the effectiveness of a company in communicating to stakeholders and the public through the media, in this case, the print and online media.  This is used as a comparative instrument to analyze media coverage of clients and competitors.  Miko is also responsible for the media monitoring division which provides daily monitoring of over 80 print and online media, weekly summaries in English and monthly reports and analysis.  Any alert articles are sent to client on same day of publication.  The Media Monitoring reports are now online.






Indri Herawati, Sr. Account Executive

indriIndri graduated from the Banking Institute STIE Perbanas with a major in banking management in 1998. She began working for IPM in January 1999 as Administrative Assistant. Indri was promoted to Media Relations Officer in January 2001 with the responsibility to establish and maintain good relations with the media on behalf of clients.  Indri was promoted to Senior Account Executive in September 2003.  In this capacity, Indri is responsible for liaising between agency and client as well as handle, with her team, media relations, supervision of event handling (press conference, media visit, etc.), create publicity report and programs.  Indri provides support to Rolex account in Indonesia and PT Cascadiant, and has provided support to past clients such as Discovery Channel, Pizza Hut Indonesia, Boerhinger Ingelheim, Rolls Royce, Irkut Corporation, Gulf Air, Ace Insurance as well as the long term PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk.



Deasy W. Kohongia, Account Executive

deasyDeasy received a diploma from the Bilingual Secretarial Training, IPM Training Centre in 2000. She began working for IPM Public Relations in August 2000 as Admin Staff. Deasy was promoted as Assistant Media Relations Officer in 2001 with the responsibility to establish and maintain good relations with the media. In 2004 she was promoted to Junior Account Executive.  In her capacity as Account Executive beginning January 2005, Deasy is responsible for liaising between agency and client as well as handle, with her team, media relations and programs.  Deasy has provided support to clients such as Rolex, Discovery Channel, Pizza Hut Indonesia, Boerhinger Ingelheim, Rolls Royce, as well as the long term PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk and a number of the Unilever brands.


Firkana Rosita, Account Executive

ikaFirkana, nicknamed Ika, is a graduate of the ABA Borobudur Institution majoring in Japanese literature.  She joined IPM in 2004 as a Press Monitoring staff, after she obtained a diploma in Secretary & PR at LBPP-LIA, Jakarta. In September 2008, she was promoted to Junior Account Executive and in September 2010 she was promoted to Account Executive with responsibilities including media relations, administration and reports as well as supporting her Accounts Manager in servicing clients.  She is now in the team which handles TVS Motor Company Indonesia, and adhoc clients.  In the past, she also provided support to clients such as Research In Motion, Etihad Airways and Sigma Cipta Caraka.






Endang P Aryanugraha, Junior Account Executive

Sari Endang Aryanugraha, affectionately called Sari, received her Diploma Degree in Accounting from the University of Indonesia in Jakarta. She joined IPM PR in May 2010 as Junior Account Executive in the team that handles TVS Motor Company Indonesia, Research In Motion and Etihad Airways. Before joining IPM, she worked three years at Yayasan Karisma, under funding of FHI NGO (Family Health International), as Finance Staff and took part in activities of the foundation in the health sector.  Previously, she worked for PT Sinar Himalaya as Administration Staff for one year and Public Accountant Rasin, Ichwan & Co as Junior Auditor for a year.




Gita Nurseha, Junior Account Executive

Gita
Gita received a diploma from the Bilingual Secretarial Training, IPM Training Centre, in 1997. She worked for IPM Public Relations in January 1998 as a receptionist and administrator to Account Manager.  In 2003 she resigned from IPM Public Relations but joined the agency again in October 2011 as Junior Account Executive. In the interim, Gita worked at Mentari Production as telemarketer and subsequently at CV Berliana Buana Citra, a printing company, as Assistant Marketing.  At IPM, she is responsible for supporting client relations, media related events and administration.  She is assigned to the team that handles Rolex, Goldman Sachs, Cascadiant and a number of adhoc clients.





D Maya Novika FH, Personnel, and General Affairs Manager


mayaAfter received a diploma from Bilingual Secretarial Training IPM Training Center in 1991, Maya joined the management of IPM Training Center as a Junior Secretary.  In 1996, Maya began working at IPM Public Relations as a Secretary to Director.  She was promoted as Administration for Personnel and General Affairs in 1998.  Her duties among others are general HR administration; assist in the recruiting, hiring, orientation, development and evaluation of staff; assist in development of HR policies and procedures; vendor relations and negotiations; create reports, documents and conducts research if needed; manage office logistics and assets.







Puti Ramli, Internal Support Manager

putiPuti is a 1997 graduate of the National Banking Institute or PERBANAS, majoring in management.  She also received a diploma from the LPK-LIA Bilingual Secretarial Training in 1999.  Puti began working for IPM Public Relations in 1999 as Administrative Assistant attached to client service.  In 2005, she was promoted to Internal Support.  Her duties, among others, are handling information requests and performing a variety of administrative functions; coordinated the administrative support for various clients; liaising with the different functional heads to ensure that operational reports are submitted on a timely basis; and working closely with relevant teams on specific projects that may be assigned.
