MASTERCARD WORLDWIDE (May 2007 – end April 2009)

MasterCard Worldwide is the global payments company, with links among financial institutions and millions of businesses, cardholders and merchants worldwide.  IPM Public Relations had previously handled MasterCard from November 1996 to end January 2003.  

ACE INSURANCE (March 2007 – August 2008)
ACE Insurance is the U.S.-based division of the ACE Group of Companies, which provides insurance and reinsurance for a diverse group of clients around the world. IPM was assigned by the corporate office to provide consultancy and public relations support to Indonesia, Jakarta office.

PT INDOCEMENT TUNGGAL PRAKARSA Tbk (July 2000 – February 2008)
Indocement is the second largest cement producer in Indonesia of which Heidelberg Cement from Germany, is a major stakeholder.  IPM provided PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk with corporate and publicity support for 7 years.

SEAGATE (10 September 2007)
Seagate is the worldwide leader in the design, manufacture and marketing of hard disc drives.  Seagate has assigned IPM Public Relations to handle the media briefing on its product roadmap announcement.

POND’S BEAUTYLOGY (June – August 2007)

Pond's is one of PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk skin products.  In conjunction with the launch of Pond's Oil Solutions Facial Scrub, Pond's Beautylogy, a program specially designed to educate teens and young women, was launched.  Pond's Beautylogy held in 4 cities : Surabaya, Yogyakarta, Bandung and Jakarta.  IPM handled the press conference and one-on-one interviews for the brand manager and brand ambassador during the press conference in each city.  

UNILEVER FOODSOLUTIONS (July – August 2007)
Unilever Foodsolutions is one of PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk’s divisions which focus on the food service industry.  IPM was appointed to handle the press conference for its new product Knorr Bumbu.  Knorr Bumbu press conferences held in two cities : Jakarta and Bandung.  IPM also handled the one on one interviews during the press conference.

LIFEBUOY CLEAR SKIN (March – August 2007)
Lifebuoy Clear Skin is a facial skin soap produced by PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk.  Lifebuoy Clear Skin has a program called Jawara Gak Takut Jerawat in which IPM handled the publicity in 4 cities :  Yogyakarta, Surabaya, Jakarta and Medan.  IPM also coordinated one-on-one interviews, winner announcement press conference and special interviews with the winners, as well as seeking the speaker endorsement.

SINOPEC (May 2007)
Sinopec, the largest petroleum and chemical enterprise in China, has appointed Chaplin PR to coordinate the release distribution for its announcement of official off-line production of the first barrel of SINOPEC Lubricant oil in Singapore. IPM provided assistance in its press release and photo caption distribution in Indonesia.

UNITED NATIONS - WORLD FOOD PROGRAMME (May 2007)
Through PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk, who is in partnership with the World Food Programme, IPM was assigned to handle the pre-event press conference for Walk the World program (9 May 2007) and handle the media to cover the Walk the World event (13 May 2007).  The program is aimed at raising funds to help feed impoverished children.

CITRA (January – May 2007)
Citra is a skin care product produced PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk and has an annual program called Citra House of Beauty (Rumah Cantik Citra) to help women attain emotional and physical balance.  IPM assisted in the publicity campaign for the program.

CLARIANT (11 May 2007)
Clariant, a well-known chemical company, has appointed H&K Shanghai to coordinate the release distribution for its “Walk the World” event in several countries in Asia Pacific. “Walk the world” is an annual partnership event by Clariant and the United Nations World Food Programme (WFP). IPM provided assistance in its press release and photo caption distribution in Indonesia.

PEPSODENT (April 2007)

Pepsodent is toothpaste produced by PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk.  IPM assisted in the publicity of a corporate social responsibility program by invited local journalists from Jember and Pasuruan, East Java.

KALBE NUTRITIONALS/MORINAGA (26 April 2007)
Kalbe Nutritionals as producer and holder of Morinaga growth milk license, appointed IPM Public Relations to handle a press conference and publicity to introduce the Morinaga Chil Kid Platinum & Morinaga Chil School Platinum growth milk and Platinum Kid Discovery program road show.  


Yahoo! (16 April 2007)
Through Hill & Knowlton Malaysia, IPM was asked to provide assistance in the press release distribution of its newly launched Yahoo MuslimMatrimonial service, a matrimonial online portal in Indonesia.

DECRU INTERNATIONAL (29 March 2007)

Decru provides security solutions to many of the world’s largest enterprise and government customers.  IPM Public Relations organized an exclusive interview for VP Marketing of Decru.

VENETIAN MACAU LIMITED (1-2 March 2007)
IPM Public Relations handled the media trip to the Commencement Construction of the Superstructure Towers Ceremony at the Cotai Strip, Macau on behalf of Sands Macau.  The Cotai Strip is a master planned development of resort casino properties on Cotai, an area of reclaimed land between the islands of Taipa and Coloane in Macao.  

PHANTOM OF THE OPERA (October 2006 – February 2007)
IPM Public Relations handled the publicity, press conference and one on one interview for Phantom of The Opera in Jakarta in early October of 2006.  Brad Little, the star of Phantom, was present at the press conference.

TARO (November 2006 – January 2007)
Taro is one of PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk’s products.  IPM PR was assigned to handle the press conference during the launch of Taro Fun Adventure program Surabaya, East Java and Jakarta.  The event also marked the launch of Taro new variants, ChilliKong and ChickenZilla.  IPM also assisted in seeking the speakers to support the program.

CEGELEC/PT INDOKOMAS BUANA PERKASA (5 December 2006)
Cegelec set up a wholly-owned subsidiary, Indokomas, in 1984 in Indonesia, with headquarters in Jakarta and a local office in Balikpapan.  Indokomas is primarily active in the oil and gas sector, which represents the largest part of its business in Indonesia, as well as in the energy sector and in the fields of infrastructure and industry.  IPM was assigned to organize a media briefing with selected media, primarily from the oil and gas sector, to inform that Cegelec is looking for acquisitions in Indonesia to strengthen its presence in Energy and Mining.

GULF AIR (May 2006 – end Dec 2006)
Gulf Air is an Arabian airlines company, owned by the Kingdom of Bahrain and Sultanate of Oman, has appointed IPM Public Relations to provide public relations consultancy, communications programs and activities for a six month period.

ROLEX (April – October 2006)
IPM Public Relations provided publicity in Indonesia for the Rolex Awards for Enterprise (RAE).  RAE is Rolex’s biennial initiative program for enterprise to support groundbreaking projects in science and medicine; technology and innovation; exploration and discovery; the environment and cultural heritage.  IPM arranged one-on-one interviews with an Indonesian media with 2004 winners of the awards in Siem Reap, Cambodia.  IPM also arranged a media trip to Singapore for three Indonesian media to attend the announcement of 2006 Rolex Awards for Enterprise winners.


PT GE INDONESIA (March – April 2006)

GE (General Electric) is a diversified technology, media and financial services company. IPM is assigned by the corporate office to provide public relations support and publicity for two GE community events in Jakarta and Aceh.

SINGHEALTH (April 2006)
SingHealth is the eastern cluster of public healthcare institutions in Singapore. Its members include 3 Hospitals, 5 National Specialty Centres and a network of primary healthcare clinics.  IPM is assigned, through WeberShandwick Singapore, to arrange media trip to learn more about the latest treatments in orthopedics and complicated cancers.

SINGAPORE EXHIBITION SERVICES (8 February 2006)
Singapore Exhibition Services (SES) is Asia’s leading trade fair organizer, with a wide portfolio of exhibitions and conferences held in Singapore since 1975.  IPM was assigned to organize Food&HotelAsia2006 (FHA2006) Press Conference in Jakarta.  FHA2006, the biennial mega-event for the food and hospitality industry, is the biggest international event of its kind in Asia.

SINGAPORE TOURISM BOARD (January 2004 – end April 2006)
IPM Public Relations has provided the Singapore Tourism Board with public relations consultancy for the past two years, supporting publicity and communications programs, press monitoring and evaluation and marketing communications.

CHEUNG KONG (Holdings) Limited (CKH) (September 2005)
Cheung Kong Holdings (CKH) is the flagship of the Cheung Kong Group, the leading Hong Kong based multinational conglomerate. CKH is one of the largest developers in Hong Kong for residential, commercial and industrial properties. In Singapore, CKH is the development consultant of Cairnhill Crest, the largest residential project in the prime Cairnhill Road-Emerald Hill-Orchard Road. IPM Public Relations provided publicity support to the project.   

PT WAHANA KEMALANIAGA MAKMUR (WAKENI) (September 2005)
WAKENI is an exhibition coordinator company which organizes large scale exhibitions such as the Jakarta International Plastic & Packaging. IPM Public Relations provided publicity support to their event, the Indonesian Graphic & Printing Exhibition (INDOPRINT).

COMPUTRADE TECHNOLOGY INTERNATIONAL (July 2005)
Computrade Technology International (CTI) is the main distributor for some major IT vendors’ products such as IBM and Oracle. Recently, CTI has been appointed as sole distributor for Red Hat products for Indonesia. IPM Public Relations handled the press conference and publicity of the appointment.

IRKUT COPORATION (May – June 2005)

Irkut is a vertically integrated Russian holding company providing development, manufacture, sales and after-sale support of military and civil aviation products.  IPM Public Relations handled a press conference and publicity to introduce the Be-200 in Jakarta.  

ROLEX (April – May 2005)

IPM Public Relations assisted in a media audit for related, target groups.

PA ASIA (May 2005)
IPM Public Relations assisted in handling the press conference of “West Java Governor Announces Initiatives for Infrastructural Development in West Java”.  PA Asia is the Asian commercial arm of PA International Foundation. This Foundation provides, free of charge, advice to Governments, Government Institutions, NGO’s and multinational enterprises.  

PIZZA HUT INDONESIA (January – March 2005)
IPM Public Relations handled the publicity and press conference of Pizza Hut’s 100th outlet and provided media training for top management level.

FAR EAST REAL ESTATE (Dec 2004 – Jan 2005, Feb – Mar 2005)

Far East Organization is Singapore’s largest private property developer.  IPM was assigned to organize a media trip to Singapore as part of the publicity efforts.

PT SQUARE BOX CINETECH CIPTA (December 2004)
PT Square Box Cinetech Cipta is a company led by film maker Ms. Lukitasari W. Sunowo, whose film “Night in the Daytime” received the “City of Rome” award from Asiatica Film Mediale”, an Asian film festival in Rome, Italia.  The company assigned IPM with the handling of its preview Film “Night in the Daytime” publicity and press conference.

EMC CORPORATION (December 2, 2004)

EMC Corporation, the world leader in products, services, and solutions for information storage and management has assigned the IPM team to handle the publicity and press conference on the appointment of its local velocity partners.

SINGAPORE EXHIBITION SERVICES (12 & 13 October 2004)
Singapore Exhibition Services (SES) is Asia’s leading trade fair organizer, with a wide portfolio of exhibitions and conferences held in Singapore since 1975.  IPM was assigned to organize OSEA Press Conferences in Jakarta and Surabaya. OSEA is Asia’s largest and most established oil and gas event and organized by SES.

VALUAIR (August 2004)
IPM was assigned to organize a press conference to introduce Valuair’s CEO and launching of Valuair’s second flight. Valuair is the region's only value-for-money budget airline operating out of Singapore.

PT ORACLE INDONESIA (January 1999 – May 2005)
Oracle Corp is the largest enterprise software company in the world.  IPM Public Relations provided corporate PR services, publicity programs and marketing activities support.  

MINISTRY OF THE ENVIRONMENT (September 2001 – end October 2004)
The Minister of the Environment has assigned the IPM team with the task of strategic communications counsel, improvement of the internal and external communications system and support of communicating strategic environmental programs.  

ROLLS ROYCE (May – June 2003 + February 2004)
In cooperation with Grayling Group, IPM provided assistance in press release distribution and editor/journalist liaison for Rolls Royce.

BOAT ASIA 2004 (26 February – 2 April 2004)
In cooperation with Chaplin PR, IPM PR was assigned to send press release to the selected media in Indonesia and assist in sending journalists from 2 prominent media to the Boat Asia 2004 in Singapore and liaise with the journalists to obtain good coverage.

SACEOS (July – September 2003)
In cooperation with Grayling Group, IPM provided assistance in press release distribution, special write-ups and editor/journalist liaison for SACEOS (Singapore Association of Convention and Exhibition Organizers and Events).

PT SURYA CITRA MEDIA TBK (May 12, 2003 + May 27, 2003)
The company has assigned the IPM team to assist with the Public Expose and publicity of its subsidiary, PT Surya Citra Televisi (SCTV) May 12, 2003, for the public offering of Obligasi Rupiah Surya Citra Televisi I.  IPM was also assigned to handle the event and publicity of PT Surya Citra Media’s Annual General Meeting on May 27, 2003.

ENGLISH FIRST (April 8, 2003)
IPM was assigned the publicity of the institution’s launch of its International standard English Language Training Franchise and Boston Trip Program in Indonesia.

PT SAMSUNG ELECTRONICS INDONESIA (November 2001 – end February 2003)
Samsung Electronics Co Ltd is the global leader for semiconductor, telecommunications, consumer electronics and digital convergence technology.  IPM provided PT Samsung Indonesia with corporate and publicity support and also launched the “Samsung Journalist Award 2001”.  

OUTBACK STEAKHOUSE (January 26, 2003)
One of the popular US steakhouse restaurant chain has assigned the IPM team to handle the event and publicity of Outback Steakhouse’s founder during his visit to Indonesia, to launch the Outback Steakhouse Southeast Asia Social Programs 2003, which made donations to various charities in several countries.

MASTERCARD INTERNATIONAL (November 1996 – end January 2003)
MasterCard International Incorporated is a global payments company owned by its 22,500 member financial institutions.  Its role is to manage a full range of global payments brands - MasterCard, Cirrus and Maestro - and related products.  IPM provided PR and marketing support.  At the end of January 2003, the account was moved to the Indonesian office of its global agency.

HONDA MOTOR COMPANY LTD (July 2002)
Honda Motor Co Ltd has assigned IPM to provide public relations assistance in the inauguration of a new parts manufacturing subsidiary in Indonesia, PT Honda Precision Parts Manufacturing (Indonesia) (July 12, 2002) which will start production in the fall of 2003.

PT PRUDENTIAL LIFE ASSURANCE (2002)

Prudential is one of the UK’s leading life insurers and in Indonesia it has 170 staff and 5000 professional and well-trained agents with sales operations in more than 20 cities in Indonesia.
The company assigned IPM to provide public relations assistance from time to time.  
  • February 27 – IPM was assigned to organize the press conference of MoU Signing between Prudential Life Assurance and Singapore College of Insurance (SCI) Ltd., continue with publicity
  • March 7 – press release distribution on Prudential’s position on unit linked insurance products
  • July 8 – distribution of press release on the inauguration of the PRUclinic for medical check up of prospective clients.

BOEHRINGER INGELHEIM (May – June 2002)
Boehringer Ingelheim a pharmaceutical company, through Weber Shandwick Singapore, assigned IPM with Press Release distribution and Press Monitoring for their campaign for ‘World No Tobacco Day’.

TEMPO SCAN PACIFIC (May 2002)

Tempo Scan Pacific assigned IPM to provide publicity support for the launch of Tempo Bebas Narkoba or Drug Free Tempo.

PT. GARUDA MATARAM MOTOR (March – April 2002)

PT. Garuda Mataram Motor is a dealer for AUDI assigned IPM for their Corporate Gathering to launch a new AUDI series.

LOGICA (February 23, 2002)

IPM Public Relations assisted Logica, the leading global solutions company and supplier of mobile messaging and mobile payments solutions, to announce that it has set a Guinness World Record by successfully delivering the world’s fastest text message to be sent around the globe in the record time of 197.53 seconds.  

D-LINK INTERNATIONAL PTE LTD SINGAPORE (February – April 2002)
D-Link is a manufacturer of networking products worldwide.  The company offers a wide selection of Networking and connectivity products.  IPM provides publicity support.

L’OCCITANE (January – February 2002)
L’Occitane is a cosmetic company based on essential oils and natural ingredients from Provence, a region of Southern France.  The company has assigned IPM with the handling of its L’Occitane Boutique launch at Plaza Indonesia, Jakarta, February 19, 2002 and continue with public relations support.

JOHNSON & JOHNSON VISION CARE (January – February 2002)
IPM Public Relations assisted Johnson & Johnson Vision Care Division in launching their “Surevue I-Care” program, the collection and acceptance of used eyeglasses to be donated to the less fortunate.  This program is a joint effort between Johnson & Johnson Vision Care and Rotary International D2400, a non-profit social organization.

PT POS INDONESIA (December 2001)
IPM provided press conference and publicity support for the launch of Express Post, the faster service of PT Pos Indonesia.

PT SIEMENS INDONESIA (November 2001)
Siemens is a leading supplier of products and services in various fields in Indonesia.  They have two production facilities in Jakarta and Cilegon, West Java, 3,500 employees and four manufacturing plants serving the domestic market and exporting throughout the region.  IPM provided press conference support during the visit of Siemens AG’s Executive Vice President and Indonesian Board members December 13, 2001.

BMW ASIA (1995 – December 2001)
The BMW Asia’s office, through Fleishman Hillard PR in Singapore, assigned IPM with media relations, publicity and press monitoring support in Indonesia.

DISCOVERY CHANNEL (January 2001 – December 2001)
IPM Public Relations provided the Discovery Channel with public relations and communications support.

SINGAPORE TOURISM BOARD (November 1997 – September 2001)

The Singapore Tourism Board has assigned IPM Public Relations with press monitoring, weekly summary and monthly evaluation as well as other support such as press tours to Singapore.

ELECTROLUX INDONESIA, PT (June 1995 – October 2001)

Swedish-based Electrolux is one of the world’s leading manufacturers of household appliances. IPM provided PR support to the company.

STANDARD CHARTERED BANK (September 1998 – July 2001)

IPM Public Relations had been retained to provide corporate public relations and marketing support until a PR unit was installed in-house.  

JATIS (March 2000 – February 2001)
Jatis is an Indonesian based company providing enterprise integration consulting services in the region. IPM provided corporate communications support.

PALYJA (PT PAM LYONNAISE JAYA) (January 1998 – December 2000)
Lyonnaise des Eaux is the leading French company involved with the City Water Management Company (PDAM Jaya) for the management and distribution of the water supply in West Jakarta, under 25 year contract awarded by PAM Jaya.  IPM provided PR and communications support until the PR unit was installed in-house.

CISCO SYSTEMS (January 1996 – October 2000)
Cisco is the acknowledged leader in the global internetworking marketplace.  IPM provides support for its programs.

CATCHA.COM (February – August 2000)
Catcha.Com.SG is the premier localised search engine and web portal in Singapore, part of the Catcha.com conglomerate. Catcha com consists of a group of websites forming Southeast Asia’s leading internet brand. IPM provides media relations and publicity support.

THE FUTURES GROUP International (September 1998 – July 2000)

The Futures Group International - Jakarta, under USAID’s HIV/AIDS Prevention Project has engaged IPM Public Relations to design and implement the public relations component to support a marketing communications program for the project.  The project was concluded July 2000.

IPM was assigned the press conference organization of Compaq’s Non-stop Solution Day.

IndonesiaKini.com is a news site serving the domestic as well as international public. IPM was assigned publicity support and media relations on the launch of the company.

Gemplus S.C.A is the world’s leading provider of plastic and smart card-based solutions. IPM assigned the task of media audit.

AETNA LIFE INDONESIA (January 2000)

Aetna Life Indonesia is an affiliate of Aetna, Inc, USA, one of the largest and most respected global health and financial services company which operates in 16 countries. IPM provided media relations, press release distribution and press monitoring services.

CABLE & WIRELESS (October 1998 – January 2000)

IPM provided media relations, publicity support as well as press monitoring services of major print media in Indonesia.

DATACRAFT ASIA (March 1998 – July 1999)
Datacraft Asia is the region’s leading communications and network systems integrator whose Datacraft Enterprise Solutions is working in close partnership with Cisco Systems.  IPM provides media relations, publicity and press monitoring services.

APLIKANUSA LINTASARTA, PT (October 1999)

PT Aplikanusa Lintasarta, established on April 4th, 1998 is a leading company in the field of data communication and network application services in Indonesia. IPM assisted Lintasarta in media relations, publicity, event handling.

EQUANT (January 1998 – October 1999)
Equant is the leading provider of seamless international data network services to multinational business. IPM provided support in media relations and publicity from time to time in the past and currently on a monthly basis. This includes press monitoring service.

PHILIPS CONSUMER COMMUNICATIONS (November 1999)

Philips Consumer Communications (PCC) is a division of Royal Philips Electronics.  PCC is headquartered in Paris and designs, manufactures and markets a complete range of personal communication products.  IPM assisted PCC with the launch of the Xenium 939 GSM mobile phone.

PT SCHERING INDONESIA (July – August 1999)

Schering is one of the earliest international pharmaceutical companies in Indonesia.  Schering is known as the world’s leading company in fertility control, diagnostics, therapeutics and dermatology.  IPM provided media relations and publicity support during the inauguration of the new plant at Pasar Rebo, Jakarta.

PT GE INDONESIA (January – February 1999)
IPM had been assigned to conduct a special communications program for the company.

UNDP (United Nations Development Program) (August 1998)

IPM provided public relations support for three programs involving street children from August to October 1999, after which IPM continued to provide press monitoring services.

INTEL INDONESIA CORPORATION (December 1997 – end January 1999)

IPM provided a weekly summary of all print media reports which total between 75-100 articles, monthly SWOT analysis and recommendations for Public Relations/Communications programs.

TRAINING PARTNERS (October 1998)

This Singapore based company that is Cisco Systems’ first training partner in Asia, has assigned IPM the launch of this organization in Indonesia and press release distributions.

TNT EXPRESS WORLDWIDE (September 1998)
IPM Public Relations provided public relations support to the company on an ad-hoc basis.

THE TEMPO GROUP (July 1993 – April 1998)
The Tempo Group is engaged in manufacturing, marketing and distribution of more than 3000 products including pharmaceuticals, cosmetics (including Revlon, Ultima II, Estee Lauder, Clinique), personal care products, food and beverages and other sundry articles. In 1994, PT Tempo Scan Pacific, the pharmaceutical-manufacturing arm of The Tempo Group went public and has since been listed on the Jakarta Stock Exchange.  Since April 1998, the client has assigned IPM with ad-hoc projects only.

FREEPORT INDONESIA, PT (April 1995 – January 1998)

PT Freeport Indonesia operates a modern copper and gold mine located in Irian Jaya. IPM provided public relations services for the duration of April 1995 to January 1998 at which time an Indonesian Public Relations Manager was appointed and the PR activities were handled in-house. Thereafter, IPM provided support from time to time for media relations and publicity.

QANTAS AIRWAYS LIMITED (Mid 1995 – December 1997)
IPM had been providing Qantas Airways Limited with ongoing Corporate Public Relations consultation, events management and publicity support since mid 1995 to the end of 1997.  Unfortunately, with the integration of Qantas and British Airways offices for marketing activities, British Airways appointed their PR consultant to service both airlines.  

PT INDOSAT (January 1997 – December 1997)
Indosat is the primary provider of international telecommunications services in Indonesia.  IPM was assigned the task of assessing corporate image through the coordination of a corporate image assessment survey, analyze results and recommend strategic communications programs.  This was a one year program.

HARTONO ISTANA ELECTRONICS, PT (August 1992 – January 1998)

Hartono Istana Electronics is an Indonesian electronics company manufacturing the Polytron and other brands of electronics.  IPM had been assisting the client for five years to provide public relations and communications support.
